Introduction

Once you have signed up to our appointment-making service, you will have unlimited appointments for up to three months, or until you are accommodated. We will provide you with a special telephone hotline number which you may call as often as you like to get more appointments from our consultants. Lines are open from 10am Monday to Saturday.

The Sign-Up Process

Please check that you have read and understood the Tenants Agreement below before proceeding to sign-up to the appointment-making service. If you are interested in having appointments, you are required to telephone the Availability Telephone Number below before you pay the service fee..

We accept all major payment cards. Our secure online card processing facility is provided by WorldPay.

Tenants Agreement
Flatland is an introduction letting agent for the benefit of the tenant, Flatland does not act for the Landlord or do any of the work for the Landlord i.e. Flatland does not do the tenancy contracts, any references required or the inventories, and does not collect the rent. Flatland does not view the properties. Flatland does not receive commission in the rent from the landlord and only acts for the tenant. Flatland will undertake property searches for you, using our contacts, in the areas and in the price bracket that you require so that appointments can be arranged.

This is a Contract For Services

In consideration for your fee, Flatland agrees to:

(a) Contact landlords / landlord agents on your behalf.
(b) Make appointments at your convenience to view properties within your stated budget.

This service will be provided for three months. Once you have been accommodated the contract is no longer valid. The fee is non-refundable (subject to our Refund Policy below). It is your responsibility to contact Flatland when you wish to have appointments on the hotline number given to you on your WorldPay confirmation email. We will ask you for your transaction ID so it is a good idea to keep this with you.

Availability

Flatland is not a management agent and does not have control over the properties. The budget market is fast moving and we therefore require that you telephone 0207 373 9500 to check availability before paying. When you have paid, you will be emailed an 'appointments hotline' phone number with your receipt and receipt number. The properties on this website represent the vacancies we have from time to time in the 3-5 storey Victorian houses that we work with.

Refund Policy

If we make no appointments for you within seven days of you purchasing our service, you are entitled to a full refund.

Declaration

I confirm that I have been shown Flatland’s current list prior to entering this agreement and have telephoned the availability telephone number above to check availability before paying. I agree to retain Flatland to make appointments on my behalf on the above terms.
